If it STILL isn't posting to processed.php, make sure you include your most recently updated version of the form code in your post. But doing so gave me an idea i'll bring up later...first, we need to get the form submitting. Add the pieces from the rest of the page back in piece by piece, testing the form each time. You will find your conflict eventually. Also, leave the <form> tag around the table/submit button instead of the entire page.
