I noticed one common mistake on one of the designs: nested rounded rectangles with non-matching corners. The roundness of the corners is equal. The inner should be adjusted. For illustration purposes I've coloured the resulting line red. I'm sure the users of this forum are technically knowledgeable enough to view them, but unless you're prepared to <a href="http://www.alistapart.com/articles/pngopacity">jump through hoops</a> to implement them you should not use them at all.
