Mike Vartan
First i would like to let you know that I have no visual creativity at all. This is my first attempt at a real design. Most of my designs are inspired by other things(Such as my XP WebOS[click link on my site] project) http://thatoneserver.no-ip.org/ Like all of my designs, it looks best in firefox. Northern Flame
try adding some kind of container, it looks a bit weird just having the content out there like that on the page. also, (this has nothing to do with the design) try changing your title, <title>Welcome</title>, it should be a bit more descriptive. GameYin
I agree with him, I love the kind of fade-out or whatever you have going there. More content though. Daniel0
You kind of need a header. Like all of my designs, it looks best in firefox. It needs to work equally good in all browsers Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/90593-my-homepage/#findComment-466731 Share on other sites

stublackett
Its a bit on the small side, and I'd reccomend changing the .png graphics to either .gif or .jpeg Makes the site load quicker for users of slower connections Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/90593-my-homepage/#findComment-472337 Share on other sites
TheFilmGod
Its a bit on the small side, and I'd reccomend changing the .png graphics to either .gif or .jpeg Makes the site load quicker for users of slower connections That's not ture. It goes by a case by case basis. JPEG is only a good format to use with large pictures that uses million of colors. PNG dominates in gradients and background images. GIF is the best when it comes to transparency. Either way, it is a case by case basis. If you ask me, I almost never use JPEG or GIF. I stick with PNG's all the time.
