dmccabe
Is it possible to move the Wamp localhost location to a USB drive? Currently I work on files at work, then copy them to my usb then copy them to home machine to edit again. Life would be simpler if the files were just kept on the USB and worked on from there? trq
Take a look at the document_root directive in your httpd.conf file. Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/95846-wamp-localhost-to-usb-drive/#findComment-490672 Share on other sites
redbullmarky
you could try http://www.server2go-web.de/ i had a similar-ish issue a few weeks back. it didn't fit my requirements (as i needed it to work on Mac and Windows) but it might be a solution for yourself. deadonarrival
xampp lite. Works on both, and can just be installed on a USB drive. Job done :-) Edit: redbullmarky - it's cross platform too!
