ok i want to view my test server at some one elses house lol...

i know my momdems ip, i know the first router ip... then the 2nd router... then the server ip...

and i know x.x.x.x(home ip... not shareing altho its easy to find out)/192.168.1.1(router2)/192.168.0.4(server) does not work

what does

You need to know your external IP. You can see it if you go to whatismyip.com. You also need to ensure that the routers are forwarding the traffic on port 80 to your computer and you need to ensure that there is not any software firewall on your computer which interferes with it.

An easy way to do it is to use a static local ip address on your test server.  (ex 192.168.0.50)  Then with the first router, enable DMZ and set it to that IP.  Now when you visit your world IP address (easily found at whatismyip.com) you should see your test server.  No port forwarding required.  It works fine for me.  Just be sure to disable DMZ when you do not wish for your test server to be accessible to the world.
