Daniel0
You need to know your external IP. You can see it if you go to whatismyip.com. You also need to ensure that the routers are forwarding the traffic on port 80 to your computer and you need to ensure that there is not any software firewall on your computer which interferes with it. Stooney
An easy way to do it is to use a static local ip address on your test server. (ex 192.168.0.50) Then with the first router, enable DMZ and set it to that IP. Now when you visit your world IP address (easily found at whatismyip.com) you should see your test server. No port forwarding required. It works fine for me. Just be sure to disable DMZ when you do not wish for your test server to be accessible to the world. Daniel0
The only difference between using DMZ and port forwarding on a specific port (80 in this instance) is that DMZ opens all ports. Technically speaking DMZ is port forwarding. Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/98444-one-quick-question/#findComment-503818 Share on other sites
