  4. Don't hate on the Eagles just because they beat the bum Steelers this Sunday, and btw awesome game! Patriots put on a poor performance against the Dolphins on Sunday. Oh and BTW the Dolphins were 1-15 last season! hahaha. I know they lost there man, Tom Brady, but still...
  5. I don't even know what new publishing script is but I'm sure this site has something useful (some are free): http://www.hotscripts.com/PHP/Scripts_and_Programs/News_Publishing/index.html
  6. Haha! That is one of the most awful a.links I have ever seen...
  7. I can't wait for every Sunday (sometimes Monday) to come around, it's probably my favorite time of the week. BBQ outside, drink some beers, and turn on the tube with my trusty laptop by my side.
  8. I'll start. My favorite team is the E-A-G-L-E-S! Reason- Born in Philly and always lived in and around Philly. Next...
  9. Who's your favorite NFL team and why?
  10. Well you could do a lot. But to tell you the truth, the IP you have probably isn't from where he lives. But I'm not very good at tracing these kinds of things. This is really in the wrong section or forum for the matter...

  12. Here's a good tutorial: http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/library/x-phprss/ If you're lazy then you can have this site do it for you and all you do is embed some JS in your page: http://www.rss-to-javascript.com/
  13. I agree AndyB. With few exceptions, if you keep feeding them, they will keep reproducing... IMO.
  14. Well at least mathguide.com contains this section * Elements of Effective Webpage Design That's like an oxymoron.
  15. That's what I was thinking, IMO simple is cleaner, easier to navigate, and overall better. I think it's a big improvement from your old design. I like the rounded look. It makes it look more professional. Overall good job! P.S. - What is that meatball with glasses? Lol
  16. Yeah, it means your username IS "username". You need to change it to root or w/e it is.
  17. I know this is 6 days old but... Looks good keep it simple but not too simple. I would make borders darker, widen it, and maybe some colors, it's kind of boring...
  18. I think it looks good, I like it. I don't like some of the colors but I'm sure the children won't care. Maybe a little something for the footer, background perhaps?
  19. Heh, sorry DarkWater. I thought I used it before and it gave feedback but I just tested it and you were right... :-X
  20. Maq, you told him to put the or die() thing on the wrong line... I wouldn't call it wrong, you can put it on that line and it will still return error feedback. maddcow26, glad I could help, let me know if the fixes DarkWater and I posted got your script to work.
  21. Could you be more detailed on what you're trying to accomplish because there may be an easier solution.
  22. Replace this line with this: $result = @mysql_query ($query); You were missing a semi-colon after this line.
  23. The only matrix shipping table I see is in the "International Rate" section. I want to change this shipping cost for anyone anywhere, not just international...
  24. Try this: $update2 = mysql_query("UPDATE history SET '" . $ptid . "' = '" . $title . "' WHERE sid = '" . $sid ."'")or die(mysql_error());
  25. No, first snippet: error_reporting(E_ALL); ini_set('error_reporting', E_ALL); if (isset($_POST['submitted'])) { $errors = array(); //initialize error array. if (empty($_POST['burlap'])) { Second snippet like this, for every MySQL query you want to display errors (if there are any): $query = "INSERT INTO formresults (qname, qemail, qaddress, burlap, gender, primarystyle, yearsprimary, yearsgrappling, weekly, stephanquestion, visitorsince, dvdpurchase) VALUES ('qname', 'qemail', 'qaddress', 'burlap', 'gender', 'primarystyle', 'yearsprimary', 'yearsgrappling', 'weekly', 'stephanquestion', 'visitorsince', 'dvdpurchase') or die(mysql_error())";
