The Little Guy
OK, I have written a privacy policy and a T.O.S. I would like to know what you think of them, such as what I could add or remove and what else I should say. Thanks! Daniel0
Placement of your own ads is allowable, as long as it does not abide by A2. So you can only have ads that break rule A2? The Little Guy
How does this sound: "Placement of your own ads is allowable, as long as it abides by A2." TheFilmGod
Your T.O.S is terrible. You need to tell them that a violation of any of the rules will result in immediate account termination.! Things you MUST mention: Proprietary rights in site content, posted user content, copyright, third party related content, account termination, disclaimers, legal - (limitation on liablity, governing law, arbitration, indemnity, trademark), user disputes... We will not give away your email to anyone, even at your request. If you would like someone to have your email, that is your responsibility, not ours. We do not want to take responsiblity for any spam messages that you may receive if we were to give out your email. You contradict yourself. This makes the Privacy Policy void in legal terms. Is there a better way you would word that? neylitalo
Just take out the last sentence. It's confusing, and ultimately unnecessary. Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/107638-privacy-policy-terms-of-service/#findComment-551862 Share on other sites

If you choose to share your email with others, you are taking full responsibilities of any damage that may arise. By using our service you indemnify not to hold hostbox.us liable for any damage that may be a result of the use of this service.
