Logically these sites will give higher ranking value as they are ranked high for the target keyword. Please correct if this opinion is not correct. I've seen a lot of similar sites, the funniest ones where those translated to danish through google translator (or similar), usually advertising for antivirus and spyware removal tools, followed by a fake warning saying that your system was found to be effected. The use of wording on those sites are just hilarious.
