The Little Guy
Anyone know how to set PowerPoint to print documents in reverse order? Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/140994-powerpoint-print-reverse-order/ Share on other sites
Daniel0
Why can't you just print it and the reverse it manually? Do you have hundreds of slides or something? I don't, but at my work there are lots of people that do. akitchin
this is often a printer setting itself, as opposed to a powerpoint setting. Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/140994-powerpoint-print-reverse-order/#findComment-737929 Share on other sites

corbin
Is there a collate box in your print dialog? Try that. Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/140994-powerpoint-print-reverse-order/#findComment-737954 Share on other sites
DarkWater
I don't think he means instead of printing pages 1, 2, 3, print 3, 2, 1. I think he means that instead of slide 1, 2, 3, 4 being on the first page, it's 12, 11, 10, 9 in that order. akitchin
if you want to print PAGES in reverse order, that's most often just a checkbox setting that's around the page selection section. as for printing SLIDES in reverse order (this is a distinct difference, if you're printing multiple slides per page), you may very well be SOL. jcombs_31
Powerpoint doesn't have the reverse print feature like word does, you'll have to see if you printer driver has that option. When you click print and see your printer list click on the properties button and click through the options. The Little Guy
OK thanks, our printer doesn't have that option in the properties I guess the people will just have to live with it.
