jackpf
Whoah, something odd happened there. I deleted my cookies whilst writing a post to check something on my site, and then when I logged bac in on here, I thought I was replying to a topic. Turns out it'd redirected me to create a new topic. Oops. Admins, feel free to remove. alphanumetrix
Your cookie value was set to 0 anyway, so it would just be destroyed, I think. Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/154866-oops/#findComment-814491 Share on other sites
jackpf
Well, I was replying to a topic, deleted my cookies, then tried to post. It prompted me to login, I did. I then retyped my post, and when I clicked "Post" it started a new topic. I thought I was replying to something lol. How shameful. Daniel0
You might want to report that as a bug with the SMF team. Though of course my bug reports are usually ignored, so I'm not sure if they even care. jackpf
Lol. Another thing, i found yesterday that you cant put [ 0 ] (without spaces) in your post. It'll just cut it out and add a line break. Well, atleast, it does for me. I dont know if thats intentional, but kind of stupid for a coding forum where this term is used frequently in the case of arrays. .josh
yeah i noticed that a while back. probably something to do with their bbcode handler. Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/154866-oops/#findComment-814597 Share on other sites

premiso
Hmm, wonder what happens when you do 1 2 3 4 (could it be a list issue) 0. [0] 1. [1] 2. [2] 3. [3] 4. [4] Just felt like testing it, figured this was the post to do it! I do not know if it is a "bug" but that is interesting Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/154866-oops/#findComment-814845 Share on other sites

nrg_alpha
Though of course my bug reports are usually ignored, so I'm not sure if they even care. They got sick of your complaining by now, have they? Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/154866-oops/#findComment-814999 Share on other sites
.josh
It's because they can't accept the fact that they should be catering to us. Sooner they get that through their heads, the better off they'll be. nrg_alpha
Ah.. they're that hard to work with eh? That's a shame. I never worked on running a forum.. but from what I have been hearing about them, something tells me I would be better off with someone else if I had run one.
