1: Firstly, it's a little bland. Grey is a very depressing color. You can spruce up the color scheme and still keep it corporate/universal looking. Take a look at the color schemes used in other CMS software. Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.

2: The logo is out of line. Maybe you should line the left of the logo up with the left side of the main content area? Also, give it a little space! It doesn't have to be smothering the content below it. People love space!

3: The main text inside your content area is a bit too far away from the navigation buttons on the left side. I'd also change the font to arial because in my opinion, Times New Roman looks far too default.

Basically just spruce up the color scheme, add some space between the logo and the content area and sort out the text.

Bear in mind that this is just my opinion though.

Oh MY! It's bright GREEN! It's light green against dark green but they're both a shade of neon green!

And, the page name is untitled document, which is bad because...you need a title?

It's all out of whack...only a screen shot can explain.

Click that-- it's got my issues in it and it's a screen shot.

That color really hurts my eyes.  If you are going to use the same design for multiple projects the colors should be pretty moderate.  Stick to shades of grey and some highlights here and there.  Get rid of the lime green immediately.  There is nothing else really to critique. Start with a decent palette and then come back.

Don't want to be this guy, but everyone has already hinted, scrap the whole thing, sit down re-design and come back with something we can actually critique.  Because, like jcombs mentioned, there's not much there to critique besides the color scheme.
