Wel i have encountered alot of russian sites with viruses than any other. Also, with a current browser, it's very difficult to just magically get a virus without downloading and executing something. The law of large numbers, and such. Because 1 is the largest digit in binary, 1 must be a large number. Clearly one observation is a good enough data set to conclude something about the population.
