ayok
Hi, I've got a problem with IE. They block the dropdown function on <select><option></option></select>. They treat this as a pop up. I don't know whether it's only on my IE or all IE. Any idea why it's happened and how to solve? Thanks in advanced. zq29
Sounds like it might be just your IE, last time I used it, select boxes worked fine. Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/180573-ie-block/#findComment-952677 Share on other sites

ayok
Thanks. It looks like only my IE. I've tried on other computer. What's happened exactly? I've tried to fix from pop up settings, but still doesn't work. It's not normal. I use IE8 and 7. zq29
I can't imagine it has anything to do with your pop-up settings... Is it possible to re-install IE? Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/180573-ie-block/#findComment-952884 Share on other sites
KevinM1
Why not install IE8? It's web developer tools allow you to test sites in IE6, IE7, and IE8 rendering modes. Daniel0
Why not install IE8? It's web developer tools allow you to test sites in IE6, IE7, and IE8 rendering modes. Unless they added it since the initial release, it doesn't have IE6's rendering engine.
