I'm swaying between forums, wiki's and blog's etc. I was wondering if you knew of any systems that provide tutorial delivery and how they do that. Of course, but we're able to take in more data when there is audio associated with it. It can convey much more, with capabilities such as seing the work taking place on photoshop, or an IDE, while listening to a thorough explanation. Most jobs will have training and they are almost always in video format whether you're working at Best Buy, GNC, Google, or Adobe. I should mention there is always literature associated with the training as well. Ultimately it's a totally subjective question but video is a major branch of the industry's professional training!
