Mini laptop recommendation

Hello friends..

I hope it's a right place for asking help on this topic. Well, I am looking at buying a new mini laptop, but can't decide between Dell Inspiron Mini 10 and Gateway LT2106u. Both laptops have similar specs/price and available at http://www.dealrocker.com with good discounts. I want to use it for surfing net, watching movie, listening to music and some office work. Does anyone have any experience with this laptop? If so, then which laptop do you recommend?

Your inputs will be helpful.

Never understood why people would want a netbook over a laptop. They don't have internal DVD drives so if you want to watch a film on the go you have to plug in an external drive (that adds to the price), plus you have a drive hanging off. Fine for the net and checking email, thats about it. To be honest I would stick a few more quid in the budget and get an entry level laptop that has a decent battery life. It will have a better spec. Between the two netbooks you have selected there is no difference. I would personally go for the Dell if I had to purely because the support is good on their website. Most of our office machines are Dell.

This is the Misc board.

Yeah, but it's a thinly veiled keyword filled post with a link to some ropey looking 'deals' website stuffed with affiliate links and Google ads. S'all I'm saying...
