I quite like the idea of the site, the button hovers are a bit to bright for a white background but ok. I would suggest putting cursor:pointer; in the hover definition of those buttons, just to make sure user's know to click on them. All in all its quite a good, simple, clean design. aschulz90 Posted July 26, 2010 Share Posted July 26, 2010 I would make a better randomizer...one that puts preferance on excuses you haven't already read...it's bad to get 2 "My lizards ate my homework" in a row. Also when you select the limit by category button it should stick to that limit for every submit. And perhaps make the area where the excuse is shown stretch to fit the excuse, so you don't have a small excuse in a large area. Colors are really bright too. It's a nice thing, but there are a few flaws... - White on that light blue kind of hurts your eyes - The filter should ideally stay on the one you select throughout the user pressing 'generate'.
