I would just like to make some videos in windows movie maker, but my camcorder only outputs files in .MOV format. Any suggestions would be great, thanks.I know this topic has nothing to do with PHPfreaks, but I didn't know where else to ask. Let me see if I can find a list...• Video files: .asf, .avi, .wmv• Movie files: MPEG1, .mpeg, .mpg, .m1v, .mp2• Windows Media files: .asf, .wm, .wma, .wmvThe main ones would be the video file types. I can't find a converter that you can download for free and have forever. All the ones I have found you can only download the trial version, and on those it restricts you so much that you can't even do a transfer. I have looked through page after page of websites, but every single one of them has a cost on their converters.
