xylex
What's with the sudden surge of new users making script requests these past couple weeks? I thought it was clear that this was a development forum, not a "give me completed work that does exactly what I want for free" forum. At least no one's going out of their way to answer the request. fugix
yeah, people will always want someone else to do the work for them because they are either lazy or dont feel like spending the time to do it...and for free. you make an effort and i will help, if not then i wont. simple as that Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/238214-script-requests/#findComment-1224122 Share on other sites

gristoi
perfect example. All I asked this guy was if he knew what the stray variable in his script was for. I got this lovely reply for my troubles: Why are you asking me? I'm newbie in ajax jquery. Please post the correct code. .josh
We're actually working on a new forum "feature" that highlights text-book examples of good and bad threads/posts, so that people can see real-life examples of rules and etiquette.
