zoran
Hi, I am trying to install sendmail on my Ubuntu 12.4, but when I use: sudo apt-get install sendmail I get a message: Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree Reading state information... Done E: Unable to locate package sendmail I could not find anything on the Internet on this for two days of searching. requinix
Do you have the universe repository enabled? That's where it lives. You can also install a "normal" MTA like Postfix or exim: IIRC they'll provide you a sendmail application too. phpfreak
Are you able to get anything else installed by apt? Perhaps your apt configuration for the respository is pointing to an old site, or offline.
