Barand
What have you done to the site today? Pages are starting to take over 15 seconds to load while I wait for gravitas.com googleanalytics facebook and a about a dozen other. Press a key in the editor and there is a definite lag. Smileys take an age to scroll to the second page. (PS I am connected via fibre-optic, not a piece of wet string)
Philip
Hmm, nothing has changed on the server-administration side / code side in the past few weeks. gravitas.comgoogleanalytics facebook and a about a dozen other. All of those are 3rd party and not on our domain. Perhaps ISP routing issues?
Christian F.
I've noticed a bit of lag as well, while waiting for third party sources. Thought it was just the shared WiFi Internet connection here, but... Can't wait until I'm back home now, only 2 more days. Will let you know if I see the same problems from there, if Barand's issue persists until then.
salathe
I can't say I've noticed any particular issue today.
Pikachu2000
Everything seems fine today, but I've also noticed google analytics hanging things up occasionally. Sometimes for 15-30 seconds or so.
Philip
Everything seems fine today, but I've also noticed google analytics hanging things up occasionally. Sometimes for 15-30 seconds or so. Could explain why we have such shitty load times in the GA reports.. (6-10 sec). However that file usually loads within 200ms for me. If you see it hanging for ga.js, can you screenshot it for me? Barand
After two days of excruciatingly slow page loads it's business as usual today (subsecond). Whatever you did, thanks.
