PHPMailer error results

Here is the code I have to process a contact form:

When the form is completed and submitted this is the error that I get. I have no idea what this means. If someone understands the error, could you please give me a clue?

May be a silly question but - Don't you have to install phpmailer onto your server/host in order to use it in your scripts?
