I think someone bought it from walmart, taped the stuff and then returned it. Then walmart people probably just put it back on the shelf, not even bothering to check it. I used to work at walmart. Just to go with the ones like suing McDonalds for making people fat, suing the Cigarette companies because you get ill. The compensation culture is a little more wild over that side of the pond, but it's silly here too. I've heard of people getting sued HUGELY for less offence than that, but normally a gift card and a nice pre-printed standard complaint apology letter is all they get which makes me laugh ;DMaybe I should try suing Carlsberg for making me drunk the other day .
