I think someone bought it from walmart, taped the stuff and then returned it. Then walmart people probably just put it back on the shelf, not even bothering to check it. I used to work at walmart. They do that all the time with returned items that aren't broken etc... Just to go with the ones like suing McDonalds for making people fat, suing the Cigarette companies because you get ill. The compensation culture is a little more wild over that side of the pond, but it's silly here too. I've heard of people getting sued HUGELY for less offence than that, but normally a gift card and a nice pre-printed standard complaint apology letter is all they get which makes me laugh ;DMaybe I should try suing Carlsberg for making me drunk the other day .
