requinix
Why are porn sites "indexing" your site? That doesn't make sense. Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/314399-blocking-adult-content/#findComment-1593269 Share on other sites

requinix
Yes, you mentioned that already. What do you mean that porn sites are "indexing on your PHP script"? egir
I mean how can I block websites that are pornografich? how can I block adult websites? I mean as a free tool normally everyone can go and search for seo problems but as I want to monetize with google adsense normally google does not allow this. Thats why! And thanks again Requinix for answering me on this issue. ginerjm
So you are telling us that you can see in some log of your site's activity that porn sites are trying to see your pages? That does seem odd... It is usually the other way around. gizmola
You will need to develop techniques within your search engine to determine if a site is adult and not include that in your results. 1 Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/314399-blocking-adult-content/#findComment-1593279 Share on other sites
ginerjm
I think you misunderstood my question. What makes you think that they are hitting your site at all? Some of your logs maintained by your domain? Do you have a few domain names of these sites that are in your logs that are clearly xxx sites? requinix
Nearly every adult site nowadays includes technical information in the response headers or the HTML source that identifies it as such. Research what I'm talking about and detect that, and rather than try to block them entirely, all you have to do is not publish results for those sites publicly. 1 Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/314399-blocking-adult-content/#findComment-1593282 Share on other sites
