LOL! Yeah, good advice. Always make sure it isn't something you've done, first!

 

I can't tell  you the number of frustrating hours I've spent debugging only to find that I had 5 instead of six characters or forgot a semi-colon.

 

But, in this case, I'm sure your code is right; #EEEEEE simply doesn't show on hig-res LCDs.

But i've used this color many times before on this monitor.

i just started making something from scratch, but the color isn't showing :(

 

so im gonna have to agree with dbrimlow

 

I also have a dual monitor setup. and the second monitor is a 15". it's weird, i put background-color: #000000; and the div shows black. i change #000000 to #EEEEEE and nothing shows on the screen =/
