1) Too many colors

2) Remove the reference to the resolution and browser.  If I wanted your opinion about how I should surf the web, I'd freaking ask.  And if you can't design a website that works well in all browsers at all resolutions, then don't design websites.

3) There is no flow to the website.  It's just random crap thrown about that doesn't make much sense to anyone.

4) What's with the date?  I have a calendar on my computer.  I don't need your website to tell me, especially in that format.

5) It looks like you're just trying to get a bunch of advertising.  That's annoying.  If you can't support a website without 300 ads jamming up the works, then you should stop creating websites.

6) light blue font on a white background... could you make it harder to read?

7) Why do you need a guestbook on a job site?  Guestbooks are not only worthless, but they shouldn't be on a professional site.

looks ok but I was most unimpressed with the forced pop ups I got.

Casino one nearly crashed IE.

As someone esle said it is much too busy. Simplicity and usability are the keys that focus on in my sites.

and if there is a certain aspect of the job I dont think Im good enough to do satisfactorily, I pay someone who specialises in that area  ;)

At a first look it looks okay. But once I scroll down and see ads and then the mozilla resolution it makes me think its total crap. You should do cross browser tests. No one is going to switch just because you say so. I think you got a really good logo. The green, white, and black are good colors. You should stick with ONLY those colors.

Too many ads. Please realize that google pays less for more ads and less clicks. I already tried that!!  :P

Overall the functionality is pretty good. But its hard to get me clicking past the homepage since it looks like complete crap. PLEASE NO ... DATE, RESOLUTION, MOZILLA NOTICE, MORE THAN 3 ADS, AND DO BETTTER COLORS

Thanks TheFilmGod!!!,we are currently working and I think the site is improving the quality gradually.

Keep on watching for new flavour of the site.

  • Try doing the squint test-when squinting, stop and look and see what you can still see clearly.
The "Tell a friend" box strikes me as being unprofessional, honestly. I mean, a "forward this job" link, discreetly placed, might work, but as it is, it just doesn't work.
  • The big box of categories just makes things confusing-try narrowing it down to just a search box, or a few generic categories; as it is, navigating to actually find a job would be haphazard at best.
  • The footer is way too wide, and the gaps between the words honestly make it close to being completely impossible to identify that there even is a footer. That's actually an even more general problem-without blocks or borders, the best way to identify groups is proximity, something that doesn't exist at my 1280x1024 resolution. And at 800 x 600 (the most common web resolution there is currently) the site basically becomes broken.
  • The use of tables, while admittedly necessary in certain places on this site, makes for both a code and good practices issue, but also for a minor accessibility issue as well.

I would change:

  • The top navigation should be fluid.  So you should have all of them equal widths
  • Make sure to test in firefox, specifically the login boxes are too large (overflow the container)
  • Not a design choice, but I reccomend you use less ads.  It may seem better, but my personal experience with google is that people only click the ads that are in the content or front and center.
  • Put your name/friend's email box into one of those nice boxes that the others are within
  • If you keep the bottom left ad, center it within it's box.

Note that the width of everything is really wide for me, mostly because I'm using a 1440x900 resolution!

Also, the front center content looks very good when you click-through.

WE have our name and contacts at "Who We Are" section and as you are using a different resolution we are searching for how to do the code to adjust the size depending on the resolution.Where to keep the advertise in the boxes???

They are already in the center bottom region.

This thread is more than a year old. Please don't revive it unless you have something important to add.
