Barand
Has there been a recent upgrade? If so, it seems to have introduced a new "feature". When I click "Quote" to reply to a post, FF hangs and FireBug reports XMLDoc.getElementsByTagName("quote")[0] has no properties http://www.phpfreaks.com/forums/Themes/default/xml_topic.js Line 29 Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/89822-new-feature-error/ Share on other sites
fenway
I don't get that... but I get lots of JS errors. Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/89822-new-feature-error/#findComment-460305 Share on other sites

phpQuestioner
I don't have any problems. I'm using FF 2.0.0.11 with Firebug and everything works fine. I have the same version of FF with FireBug and I do get this error. Daniel0
A temporary solution is to disable the quick reply box. In that way it'll load a new page with the quote bbcode instead of inserting it into a quick reply box. Then you need to click the reply button in order to just reply at all. Barand
Well done. I guess the "estimated time to upgrade" was probably a couple of hours. I think this has turned out to be a marathon, so out of curiosity, what was the "Actual time to upgrade"? ober
Well... are you talking strictly from start yesterday to back online and open to the public or start to... well... when we fixed up the iframe issue? The first would be about an hour and a half... the second would be about 24 hours. Barand
I was thinking of the extra problems with the iframe issue. I just thought the community should be aware of the effort you have put into this. Thanks.
