jcombs_31
Anyone use it? I decided to give it a try and the fonts all seem to come out blurry. Nothing looked crisp and using images seems to be a nicer alternative for headers.
tomfmason
Anyone use it? I haven't yet but I will. It sounds pretty cool.
Daniel0
Wouldn't the load time increase if it has to download a lot of Flash files?
jcombs_31
There is only 1 flash file, and it is small. I just contains the embedded font.
neylitalo
I believe I've seen it in use, and the only conclusion that I've come to is that it's too client-intensive for me. And I'd rather not use Flash, in general - I'm of the opinion that it's better to not burden your users with the responsibility of making your website work properly. There is only 1 flash file, and it is small. I just contains the embedded font. What happens if there are multiple places where the flash applet is used? Article titles for a blog, for example. ober
I read up on this when it hit a few years ago and the benefits don't necessarily outweight the added burden, IMO. I'm also not a huge flash fan because I'm a proponent of accessibility. Good luck if you really stick with it.
