At my university, there's a medium sized parking lot for snowmobiles, though - lines of guardrails for the more adventurous students to chain their machines to. the most beautiful city in North America. For obvious reasons, they don't want dogs inside the store so they provide 'parking' in the form of a leash hook on the wall outside. But, reasonably enough, they don't want dogs parked there too long ...
