  1. Hello I Googled Responsive vs Adaptive design , and almost all results recommend using Responsive design and say that Adaptive design has a lots Cons. But... I noticed that famous websites like Google, Facebook, Yahoo, Youtube and many more use Adaptive Design, so I'm wandering Why they use Adaptive design if the majority say that responsive is better ? Thanks !
  2. We've got a responsive menu that when you click on an li the ul inside it is then displayed as a block (displayed as none beforehand). However you cannot then close the ul without refreshing the page or closing the menu itself. What we want is for when you click the li again, the ul inside it then displays as none. Is this possible using only CSS? (No jQuery please!!!) Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
  3. i am creating a responsive website. I'll give you an example. I am retriving 100 items from mysql database using php. I am only showing 20 items per page using simple pagination with arrows. I keep this format on desktop and tablets. However, I would like to show less items when I am viewing the page on a smartphone. So instead of 20 items per page, it'll show 5 items per page along with the pagination arrows. I was wondering if this is possible with PHP or would I have to use javascript?
