It seems like you had fun with the fragment feature in photoshop a little too much. Not much to critique anyway. -Don't use ads unless you have a load of traffic coming through, and, by judging the post amount, it looks like you don't have much. -Like j_combs mentioned, the "Creative" logo is blurry.
