How to develope my communication skill ???

I used to be VERY shy. I wouldn't even speak to my parents most of the time. I got a job at a local gas station (still work part time). That makes you open up very quick. After a while you begin to get comfortable with everyone.
Like one of the others said, a job dealing with the public would be best. Anything with direct contact, not phone contact. Actually a job with both would probably be better.

I am shy by nature, but I tend to find something that forces me to go and talk to someone. Next thing I know i'm one of their good friends.

I've worked in retail which had me dealing with the public and thta helped alot with me being able to go and talk to complete strangers.

I would say sales is a good place to try to become at communicating.  You have to be able to speak well and get your point across to the customer. It does take practice and the more you do it, the more you feel comfortable with it.

I try talking to people whenever I get an oppurtunity to to help me increase my communication skills etc, now if I could work on my grammar skills I would be unstopable!

I agree that working face to face with people and selling are good.  Another way is to teach some sort of classes.  This requires you to prepare, put together the information in an organized way and learn different methods of delivering the information (visual, auditory and kinetic) to get people to learn.
