I have a feeling that the header image should be larger so as to provide more space above and below the 'logo with the name' box.

I don't particularly like the nav bar - the colours aren't to my taste and the <> symbols look messy.

On the front page, the content image is too large and it's rather boring (and I don't think it represents anything that's obviously relevant to the site's content).

I'm not a fan of fully-justified text as used on the front page's pullquotes.  It might look better justified in the same sense as the pullquote is placed on the page.

I'd like to see a link at the bottom of each page back to the top.

And given that's it's a CSS design, what does the little html table at the bottom of each page do? Since the top of the page butts against the top of the browser window, why the space at the bottom?

Looks ok - a few points:

As Andy said - I dont like the <> in the Navigation - they detract from it. I would also like: on the relevant (any) page - I would like the appropriate tab in the navigation coloured/highlighted.

I dont like your text font Georgia/Times New Roman. Its more a font for printed material. I prefer verdana etc. I also think some line spacing would make your website easier to read.

In the find-us page etc. - I would like to see perhaps a google map or some sort of a map for direction.
