I'm just finishing development of a new LAMP website and I need to have our numerous applications tested for bugs. I've done my best at trying to find bugs, but I'm very near the stage of needing some service (program?/persons?) to go through the entire site, both on the administrative side and the user side, to see if they can find bugs.

In the past, I worked with a company where we used in-house employees who were relative neophytes to web sites, but this has been a solo job and I don't want to label the site production-ready until I have some testing done by those who know how to hit all the wrong keys and attempt to enter all the wrong information.

Unfortunately, I know all the users of this forum are not such neophytes, but I'm hoping for suggestions. I don't have a large budget for this, but then again, the testing requires someone with limited internet skills.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Thank you,

J Hill.

If you provide a Website URL and a login I'll take a look at it to see if its breakable.

There are certain things which noobs to be doing - and you should have a list of them compiled at this stage. For example:
Double Clicking Submit on forms.
They dont see the progress bar and go clicking while a form is submitting.
Back button after submitting a form.
Using spaces before and after words etc.
Forgetting passwords.
Not logging out etc.
etc.
