I'd run a spell checker.

 

"... Like your Kids!" I'd just remove that.  I know what point you're trying to make, but you may alienate people who don't have kids.

What is with the HUGE navigation bar?

It is also advisable to remove the plain-text email address on the contact page, the guy will get tons of email about viagra and stuff if you don't.

 

Quick question, are you using a wysiwyg to make the site cause the coding looks bad. Nut I suppose that some people prefer to use Dreamweaver or Frontpage instead of notepad/open studio.

 

To sum it up, your navbar is way too big and the hover-color on the navbar is impossible to read
