The header banner doesn't look very professional, looks like it was just slapped together quickly. The links are very small and don't really stand out much.

Basically the site looks pretty bland, there is a lot more creativity that can go into it.

--> Mostly padding issues

 

--> Can't tell which text are links and which aren't (use different color!)

 

--> Logo needs padding, so does the title

 

--> I don't know what this is for, but having advertisements for a CPR class doesn't really work for me. I don't know about you but CPR trainging doesn't have many relevant ads - maybe I'm wrong

Why frameset? You aren't using frames, do XHTML 1.1 or 1.0 Strict

 

Also, why are you using tables/div tags. It's as though you couldn't decide to go all out CSS or table layout.
