Yes it is FF that puts in the secound (uneeded) scroll bar. FF only seems to put this scroll bar after the javascript links have been added into the page. i have no idea why though. But I swear this has only just started to happen about a week ago.

If you have javascript disabled it doesnt add in the extra scroll bar, however page takes a little longer to load.
This thread is more than a year old. Please don't revive it unless you have something important to add.
