TheFilmGod
I'd like you to post anything that comes to mind.... What should the "next generation" website have? - regardless of content. Ideas: 100% CSS No "click here" links use "Read our Terms of Use" instead Hover over a link to see more info in a box that pops up Automatic search helper, words come up as you type Client side + sever side form checking Any other ideas? I'm sure you can think of many others. I hope this list builds on and people can use this when trying to create a new website. TheFilmGod
Okay i'm sorry for using "next generation" I meant "High Tech" + "High standards." Instead of trying to nitpick my choice of words why don't you give me a list of ideas that a "high standards" or "next generation" site should have? teng84
I think XHTML is implementing that standard. this is sometimes impossible but my team leader always told me to make the page loads in less than .01 seconds. Stooney
A website that allows voice commands. ex: 'Goto Home' or 'Click Download'. That would be neat. Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/89827-web-elements/#findComment-460504 Share on other sites
Daniel0
I believe Opera has voice commands. Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/89827-web-elements/#findComment-460535 Share on other sites
Stooney
I believe Opera has voice commands. Just checked that out. It's pretty neat, lacks features though. You can't define a custom key as your push to talk. You can only choose between 'insert' and 'scroll lock', both of which are quite inconvenient.
