[/quote]Phpbb v3 was rewritten from scratch, so all mods and hacks from v2 wont work on it upgrading would be very diffecult. also if you are looking for a light and speedy script phpbb v2 would be a better choice, if you need a full featured board go for v3. It's a lot more lightweight than most forums, so for most sites is more than suitable, and I found it pretty easy to set up. I COULD put all the files in there, but if I just want to download the files directly to my file manager with fantastico, that's my only choice.
