@unsider  thats cuz safari's being dumb and opening the .rar in its browser.  .rar is a zip format, not compatable with ASCII so it looks really ugly

I thought it was really good; a lot better than I could do at this point. The only thing I disliked would be the squarish links at the top (e.g. login, affiliates, etc.). I found those kind of unattractive. Of course, look at the one who is talking.

 

Also: the load time at the bottom of the page seems to be inaccurate.  The screen will be white for much longer than .0252 seconds, yet that is the time it displays.  It may just be my browser...

Very nice, clean and light weight! Very good.

 

I was reading through your rules page, and noticed that some sentences are not quite right (in my limited german knowledge: du bist deutsch, ja? ;) )

There are some grammer / other issues going on. Here are my suggestions (from top to bottom):

 

"Images which have a pornographic, or any illegal content are deleted." could be re-written as:

Any pornographic images or illegal content is deleted.

 

"Every image, which breaks off the upload-rules is deleted." could be:

Any image which breaks the upload-rules is deleted.

 

"We don't give the guarantee of the site availability." could be:

We cannot guarantee this site's availability.

 

Within 1st Content:

"A liability or guarantee for the timeliness, accuracy and completeness of on the offer made available information and data is excluded." is not correctly structured: Could be:

There is no guarantee for the timeliness, accuracy and completeness of available information and data. (or something to that effect).

 

Side note:

"The author assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, accuracy, completeness or quality of the information provided." Who is the author? I am assuming you are? You could change this to be more clear:

image-ant.org (known herein as 'the author') assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, accuracy, completeness or quality of the information provided.

 

This way, whenever the author is listed, we know who or what the author represents...

 

Within 2nd References and links:

"For direct or indirect links to other websites (hyperlinks), which are outside the responsibility of the author, would be a liability only in the case come into force, in which the author aware of the content and make it technically possible and reasonable to remove the illegal content."

 

Does this mean that if you as the author can see a link that points to illegal material, you can remove that link? If so, this could be rewritten as:

I am confused by this.

This part is strange. If I understand correctly, things that you as the author publish is your copyrigh material and that no one may copy any of it without your permission? If so, this could be:

Within 4th Privacy:

The disclosure of any submitted personal or business data (e-mail addresses, names, addresses) is by the user on a voluntary basis. (or something to that effect).

I'm not sure I follow this correctly.

 

Within 5th Legal validity of this disclaimer:

It is strictly forbidden to exploit the server, it's availability and its performance of hosting this site. Methods including (but not limited to:) malice scripts, programs and mail-bombing are illegal and is punishable by law. (or something to that effect..)

 

this is not the best example... other sites out there word these things better obvisouly.. but you get the idea.

 

Sorry for the long post. I know english is not your primary language. In legal notices like this, it is important that this is all correctly structured as to be understood without confusion. Others may be able to offer better worded examples than what I provided.. My versions are only possibilities to what you currently have.

 

Overall, I think it's a very nice site! Best of luck with it! :)
