Whats that screenshot program called?

I once had this program where you can take a set size screenshot, eg. 640x480 of your screen and you can select where.

The icon was a camera. Its called "Snap-shot" Or "Snip-it" or something along those lines from what I remember, but that might be totally off. Hopefully one of you guys know. Thanks.

EDIT: Might have found it and it being called "Screenshot" but it says my .NET framework is outdated. :(

EDIT: Interesting, alt + screenshot will take a screenshot of the window. Unfortunately, its a picture within the window.

EDIT: I guess the Snipping Tool that vista has will work for now. Would be nice though if someone found what I was talking about.

Too much wasted time doing it that way. Print screen -> Ctrl + V -> Crop -> Add image to the mega image.

VS.

Press button -> Press around what image I want -> CTRL + V -> Add image to mega image.

95% of the time is spent cropping.

Like I said in my EDIT, snipping tool does work, but I would prefer to remove step 2. if I could remember that program.

Personally I enjoy the Snipping Tool that comes with Windows 7.

The easiest screen capturer I've used.  Aside from capturing images of me using the thing.  I had to use print screen and mspaint for that.

It probably means the app is written in C# , so you need to keep your .net  updated. Just like Java its an interpreted language. It probably would be very easy to make such a application with C#. Maby that sounds like a good project to work. :P
