ignace Posted June 12, 2010 Share Posted June 12, 2010 If you have been to some live concerts you'll have noticed that most - if not all - can't hold a note and if they do they are play-backing. On a side note, I like the song. Already downloaded it to my iTunes, €0.99 is about what it's worth to me. All music teachers complain about the current quality the music industry delivers. trq Posted June 12, 2010 Share Posted June 12, 2010 If you have been to some live concerts you'll have noticed that most - if not all - can't hold a note I have been attending gigs for a long while, have played guitar for longer than you have been alive and am fairly versed in production techniques after playing in bands and producing music for more than 15 years. The last band I was in was called Dat65 (we split in 2005-6), we released two EP's (ten foot maniac, this is not a life saving device), no albums. You won't find them online. I hear he recorded his album at Bob Marleys house, nice. The original tune with all the production values and autotune, effects slapped all over it sounds good as you would expect. It's really catchy and quite uplifting. the only thing is that every time I hear this it reminds me of playing FIFA football. For those of you who are not football or soccer fans, this is one of the anthems for the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa.
