OP, I would start by reading everything here.. http://php.net/manual/en/langref.php this is the complete documentation of PHP...they also have multiple languages if English isn't your first language
premiso
I would start by not posting like a 13 year old girl. They did say for OOP in PHP, not marketing themselves...

Although he did state he wasn't fluent in English.. So, people that are non-fluent in English write in multiple colors, center their text, and don't know how to format? PFMaBiSmAd
The OP was last active 30 minutes (probably the forum's on-line timeout value) after starting the thread, 8 days ago. Given that someone with English as a second language would have likely used a spell checker and wouldn't have gone to the trouble to write more than a basic straight text post, this first post is likely just a spammer making up a vague, possible but unlikely, non-spam looking post to test if the account he just made works. A real person that went to the trouble of registering and asking a question that they were interested in getting an answer to would have checked back within a reasonable time after making a post.
