ultimately the html source code needs to be downloaded onto the clients computer, so the client can always get the source.

Though there are multiple methods of discouraging this, either by disabling certain context menu and file menu functions using javascript or similar.

OR

By encoding your html source with a with an encoder, ther are many (just google 'html encoder', but not the first result).

(Bear in mind i believe the above method can be decoded quite easily as well)

hope this helps,

Don't waste your time. As mentioned earlier, the html file has to be downloaded to be viewed. If someone is really that interested in messing around with your source code/pages he'll get what he wants in the end...  :-\

You cannot stop anyone from saving your site.

If your site is so unique then do not put it on the internet.

The chances are that there are many other sites out there like yours.

Focus your energy into building your site or business and improve on it all the time.

Your best bet would be to use a full flash site.  It's harder to extract things from it.

yea, but personally, i think that full flash sites are bloated and annoying...if i want prettyness, i will look in the mirror...

i just want something that works...and for that i will NOT look in the mirror...

data should be freely shared dont try to block it also if some one want you html or JS that bad thay would just view your site and copy it out of there temp folder :P people are sneaky arnt thay... just put copyright and hope you can trust sneaky people :P
