Mother's day is just an excuse to encourage people to spend money...

Agreed. I for one, don't partake in this "holiday".

Luckily we don't have tradition of buying expensive gifts for Mother's Day here. Not to mention it's in May... :D

Yeah... I guess you should love your mother all year long, not only on one day...

 

 

 

I've never understood the saying "Happy birthday!"

 

 

Is that like saying "I hope you have a good day today, but all of your other days can just be ok... or bad."?
