1. Looks better.  And yeah, I'd say the beach/palm tree thing kinda leans away from the tech point of view, but I'm going to be facing this when I open my revamped company as well.
2.
3)  You mean more narrow?  This fits on a 8.5x11 paper with a white border with each column of equal size.
I'm talking about JUST the words with the offset shadow.  I'd just put the offset shadow part more under the words it is repeating.  Does that make sense?
3. Personally, I consider myself intermediate.  The languages I've tackled in my time as a programmer are either not "hardcore" or I haven't had to touch their advanced options.  In the professional world, I've used Java, VB, a little C and enough Perl to be dangerous.  And then there's the web scripting languages: PHP, JavaScript, ASP.. and the markup languages... HTML, XML, etc. I've been around the OOP world with Java and PHP and even VB enough to do what I need.  But I've never extended a class other than playing around and I've only once used things like protected variables a handful of times.  I understand pointers and hashes, but only from an academic point of view.  I used pointers in C back in college, but never really had the need to use one in a professional arena. I sometimes cringe when people refer to certain programming techniques, partly because I don't understand them or partly because I don't even want to know what is involved in learning them.  Part of this stems from the realization that the amount of knowledge that I don't have is a little overwhelming. I guess what I'm saying is that I stick to the KISS rule for the most part.  I'd love to have a job where I get into things that push my levels of understanding, but I don't right now and I don't know whether that bothers me or whether I'm OK with it.  I do the side thing with the web development and it's fun.  I just don't think I'm a "hardcore" programmer.
4. 1) You cheap bastard.  I like it  ;) 2) I'd personally just drop that part and have the picture. 3) Just bring them closer together... I'd make the offset about 3-5 pixels
5. 1) Where are you getting it printed?  More colors might be a cost issue so you might consider scrapping the yellow globe. 2) "Connecting South Florida and Beyond".... sounds a bit cheesy. 3) The faded offset on the company name doesn't look right.  I'd go for a tighter "shadow" look.
6. What client?  Are you connecting from a work PC where they might block the port?
7. Been a member since the beginning and I love the site (haven't played for a while though) :)  Good work and congrats.
8. Apparently the latest polls show Bush's approval rating is the lowest ever... or at least equal to Nixon's when he resigned. Apparently there are still a few holdout morons.
9. I've never used one personally... always written my own stuff.  However, I have looked at rico and I'd probably use that one if the need ever presented itself.
10. This is one of my biggest gripes with the search engine.  A blank search with a provided username should be sufficient to turn up those posts, IMO.
11. what is line 17?  You aren't creating an object for non-IE browsers.
12. Normally IE complains with that error if you pass back script or form tags.
13. Either way, I've seen enough.  Both have PMs and this topic doesn't need to go any further.  If either of you plan to take this up elsewhere, you'll both get a temp ban.  Back off, cool down, and lay off the insults.
14. I think that's about enough.  jesi... take it down a notch.
15. Tips: 1) Too many solid colors 2) Cheesy gradiant everywhere 3) Font is too big 4) You need a "go" button on the game select if you're going to have a game selected by default 5) Blue/Black/Silver... is that the best you could come up with for a color scheme? 6) Tables for layout... why? 7) Hard to read the hover on the menus 8 ) contact page... you couldn't even come up with a form?? 9) outside links should open in a new window It just looks really cheap and poorly put together.
16. Are you getting any errors?  Can you show us the PHP file that generates the output?  Also, if it's not working in IE, make sure you're not passing back <form> tags.
17. Thank phpfreak... he and another guy coded the entire thing.  It's an OOP setup and a fairly complicated one at that.  Myself and steelmanronald06 just maintain it and fix things.
18. Alright... I changed it, but my connection at home is so fast I'm not actually seeing it.
19. Ah... I know what you mean... that's a SMF feature... I'll see what I can find on the color of that.
20. The time limit has been increased to 15 minutes.  What do you mean by the "quick edit color"??
21. That might be interesting... could be a competition!
